PetRx by Flex (“PetRx,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a free PetRx card and a technology platform that may present optional pet insurance offers from licensed insurance providers after registration.

PetRx is not an insurance company, does not underwrite insurance, and does not make coverage or claims decisions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services.

3. The PetRx Card

• The PetRx card is free

• Registration does not require the purchase of insurance

• PetRx may modify, suspend, or discontinue the PetRx card program at any time

4. Insurance Offers

After registering for a PetRx card, you may be shown a customized pet insurance quote based on the information you provide.

• Insurance offers are provided by licensed insurance providers

• Purchasing insurance is optional

• Any insurance policy is governed solely by the insurer’s terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions

PetRx does not guarantee availability, pricing, or eligibility for insurance coverage.

5. No Insurance or Legal Advice

Information provided through PetRx is for informational purposes only and does not constitute insurance, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing all insurance policy documents before purchase.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes

• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse engineer the Services

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials on the PetRx website are owned by or licensed to PetRx and may not be used without permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” PetRx makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability
